Starting with Administrative Regions, their populations and their needs, how can we generate and distribute the necessary energy to power a comfortable and universal quality of life for everyone?

This proof of concept was able to speed up natural processes by centuries, all in an environmentally aware and circular manner that can redirect its outputs into regenerative inputs. I saw something slightly similar at the University of Bonn in Germany, only without the Dragon and Liquid Prairie concept, based on the quick, in-person glance I had at the time.

That earth is happiness. That it is a perfect machine that no one can escape.
