I will leverage this site (and hope that many of you will eventually join me) to provide my thoughts on realistically plausible and actionable change that can bring us closer to universal freedom '''and''' global harmony. I'll share some of these in here as part of a Human Library that we could build together, if you care to do the same and share your stories. I guess I now have to say something to all the Apple users out there. I'm not a fan of locked down proprietary hardware andor software. I believe in the global open source movements taking place. I'm also not a fan of forced behaviours of any sort; I'm an advocate of raising awareness by providing access to rich and humane learning experiences, instead of creating and enforcing endless rules (just look at legislation today and you'll understand the inevitable slippery slope of what has now become an accepted mishmash of unreasonable complexities where court systems can barely make heads or tails of what should be done, and justice is often left unserved). Swing dancing is fun, even when solo dancing; Tango teaches me posture; Jujitsu is awesome "body chess"; Kungfu forces my body to move in different ways (Yoga does to, but my body prefers Kungfu over Yoga); TaiChi connects my mind to my body and all its tiny little muscles and the natural timing to get them all moving in harmony; percussion instruments like Bongos allow me to surf the frequencies with artists from all around the world, allowing me to enjoy the rollercoaster ride that is always a surprise, as I freely improvise to the feeling I get from the sounds and sights around me; singing freely and with zero inhibitions feels wonderful - if you can truly let go of your inhibitions (I had to be forced to sing at karaoke tv in East Asia before I learned to let go and embrace the idea, regardless of how bad I think I am at it, allowing me to huhuum "improve" my singing over time - Michael Buble's rendition of Feeling Good has been one of my primary go to songs); reading and writing regularly improves my language abilities and makes my relationships with myself and everyone around me much easier to understand, to share, and to enjoy. Rid yourself of the self-defeating inhibitions constantly trying to convince you to be shy, reserved, unworthy, unable or unfit.
