A good French Vietnamese friend of mine would often tell me that everything is made up of energy; how 7.83 frequency of humans, planets, happiness, love; that earth is happiness; that is a perfect machine that no one can escape. I think that's beautiful. Though this conversation will likely take a different course as we design our blueprint, I thought it would be a worthwhile ''backdrop'', to simply consider holding onto in the back our subconscious minds.

Should private corporations and governments continue to extract energy resources the way they are today? How can we redefine energy use if we were in charge of all 8 billion people on this earth? Starting with Administrative Regions, their populations and their needs, how can we generate and distribute the necessary energy to power a comfortable and universal quality of life for everyone?
